Order Processing
All orders are packed and shipped from Australia.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship within Australia using reliable courier and postal services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or offered as a flat rate where applicable. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–8 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel as it makes its way to you.
If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Edible Atelier is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist in resolving the issue.
International Shipping
At this time we ship within Australia only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
